We are Ellie and Lucas, an American couple that moved to Germany to achieve Ellie’s dream of earning a German Masters, and ended up creating a YouTube channel to show off the world as well!

Adventurous, silly, authentic

We love seeing and exploring the world. We often go places with very little plan, to just explore and discover the wonders of the location ourselves! Rain, snow, or shine we make the best of what we get. It’s worked out pretty well so far!

Lucas

Hey everyone, as you’ve hopefully found out by now my name is Lucas. I spent much of my life dreaming of becoming a doctor until half-way through college I found myself enjoying Chemistry and Programming. Unsure of what I wanted to do, I tagged along with Ellie to Germany to work these last 3 years as a Research Chemist.

And now? Well now I’m chasing an idea of being a freelance video editor and software developer. Suffice it to say, I’ve changed my goals more than a few times, but they say life is about the journey, and that works for me.

  • Cats are the best, change my mind
  • I have a Bachelor's in BioChemistry with a minor in Computer Science
  • I've never experienced vanilla ice cream till living in Germany
  • I have a possibly unhealthy obsession with new technology and jackets
  • I enjoy snowboarding, tennis, and mountain hiking/adventures
